House Rebuild, Private client - Brighton

JG&JR Langridge were initially instructed by MacConvilles to partially demolish and make safe this severely fire damaged terraced property in central Brighton.

Later on following a competitive tender process we were pleased to be awarded the 20 week re-build contract for the works. Works comprised demolition of the remaining walls, the full re-build and fit out which included extending the roof space to provide an additional bedroom. We were able to work closely with the client to provide finishes to suit his requirements.

Following a disastrous fire that totally destroyed my home and extensively damaged neighbouring properties, JG&JR Langridge undertook the rebuilding programme. Lee Pollard and his team did a fantastic job reconstructing my home. I was included in regular site meetings. The project was completed on time, the workmanship is excellent, there were some small snags that are corrected promptly.

Everyone who has visited my new home has been very impressed with the results. My home is well insulated, the bathrooms are stunning the living areas are pristine and well finished, the kitchen is outstanding. I cannot recommend Lee and the team enough. Thank you for giving me back my home and for all of the support you gave me as well, these guys are more than just builders. I cannot praise them enough.
