General Building Work

JG&JR Langridge cover every single aspects of commercial building work including brickwork, stonework, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, partitioning, roofing, general repairs and maintenance.

We use our extensive experience of the building trade to provide a quality finish to every project that we undertake.

External Repairs and Redecoration

We are vastly experienced in undertaking external repair and redecoration contracts. Associated works commonly comprise; timber repairs, stonework replacement, brickwork and roof repairs. We carry out repeat work for several managing agents, landlords, local authorities, leisure clients & private businesses.

Education Spaces

In recent years JG&JR Langridge have been gaining repeat business in the education sector with both local schools and universities.

Works are commonly wide ranging but have included; class & laboratory refurbishments, student accommodation, fire prevention & fire door installation, toilet refurbishment, access ramps, stonework replacement, window replacement & redecoration works.

Social & Residential Care

JG&JR Langridge have successfully completed hundreds of building and maintenance projects for social care and residential care clients.

We understand the differing needs and requirements of residents and building users and ensure safe systems of work are in place as required. Works are varied but recently completed projects have included; flat re-configurations, structural alterations, bathroom adaptations, automated door controls, access ramps & accessible kitchens.

We have worked on a vast range of listed structures including; Victorian seafront shelters, The Newhaven Fort and the Brighton Pavilion Buildings as well as a host of listed residential & care properties.
